Dance Cardio Class

A new exercise group is being created - a dance fitness class. The goal will be to learn dance combinations while incorporating cardiovascular exercise and strength training; targeting all parts of the body. This class will be for dancers or "self proclaimed non-dancers" :) of all levels and it will be taught by our very own Joni Katz. It is open to anyone in our stake and other non-member friends. Bring a towel or a Yoga mat.

Monday mornings at 7:00 and Wednesday mornings at 6:00 Am SHARP
(schedule will change to the same time on both days, depending on turn out)
